Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all US orders — no minimum required. Every order ships free, every time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country — these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for movement to appear in the carrier system. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your order please contact us at info@goldensnout.com.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages as items ship from different locations. This is completely normal — you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package by email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please email us at info@goldensnout.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering please contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
