Our Return Policy

At Golden Snout, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a full refund. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@goldensnout.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the buyer, or missing packaging
  • Perishable or consumable products
